What counts as a "unit"?
A unit is any rentable space — an apartment, commercial suite, or single-family home. Common areas and parking spaces do not count.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. After the trial, you are billed on a monthly basis.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Is payment processing included?
Online rent collection runs through Proppely Payments. Processing fees: 2.9% + 30¢ per card payment, and a flat $5.75 per ACH bank transfer. There is no platform fee on rent.
